La formaci?n laboral en las personas con discapacidad intelectual se ha visto hist?ricamente sometida por el pensamiento err?neo de las instituciones, empresas u otros, por lo que ha sido un campo complejo para incluirlos. Esta elaboraci?n de titulaci?n tiene como objetivo sensibilizar el trabajo cooperativo de la escuela y sociedad abriendo un abanico de posibilidades y soluciones para enfrentar estas barreras. El objetivo propuesto trata sobre la construcci?n de la gu?a con estrategias para la formaci?n laboral en los estudiantes de UNEDA. La metodolog?a aplicada en este estudio es cualitativa, a trav?s del m?todo de estudio de caso. La informaci?n se obtuvo de diversas fuentes bibliogr?ficas. El proceso de an?lisis de datos se realiz? a trav?s de la operacionalizaci?n de categor?as, teniendo las m?s importantes: Discapacidad, Limitaciones en el funcionamiento cognitivo, Formaci?n Laboral, Sistemas Innovadores, etc. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran las fortalezas y necesidades tanto de la instituci?n como del proceso de formaci?n pre profesional de las cuales se han tomado en cuenta estos referentes para que sea un punto de partida para potencializar la formaci?n laboral y adaptar nuevas estrategias en el aprendizaje por las que no han tenido un resultado positivo, en el an?lisis se muestra informaci?n real que se contrasta con la literatura para la construcci?n de la gu?a.
Job training for people with intellectual disabilities has historically been subject to the misguided thinking of institutions, companies or others, so it has been a complex field to include them. This degree work aims to raise awareness of the cooperative work of the school and society by opening a range of possibilities and solutions to address these barriers. The proposed objective deals with the construction of the guide with strategies for labor training in the students of UNEDA. The methodology applied in this study is qualitative, through the case study method. The information was obtained from various bibliographical sources. The data analysis process was carried out through the operationalization of categories, having the most important ones: Disability, Limitations in cognitive functioning, Labor Training, Innovative Systems, etc. The results obtained demonstrate the strengths and needs of both the institution and the pre-professional training process. These references have been taken into account to make it a starting point to potentialize labor training and to adapt new strategies in learning for which they have not had a positive result, and the analysis shows real information that is contrasted with the literature for the construction of the guide
