Este trabajo de implementaci?n consiste en aplicar estrategias did?cticas para el desarrollo de las inteligencias intrapersonal e interpersonal en los estudiantes del quinto a?o paralelo ?A? de la escuela Mitad del Mundo, a trav?s de la realizaci?n de talleres que permitan conocerse a s? mismo, sus capacidades, sus limitaciones, interactuar con los dem?s y puedan resolver problemas relacionados con sus propias emociones. Los resultados que se obtuvieron fueron positivos puesto que se presentaron pocas dificultades, los alumnos aprendieron a conocerse m?s, a identificar sus propias emociones y autorregularlas, a conocer su propia forma de pensar, sentir y actuar, a tener autoconciencia de sus fortalezas y debilidades y lo m?s importante que las relaciones entre compa?eros mejoraron, aument? el nivel de comunicaci?n, existi? m?s respeto y colaboraci?n. En conclusi?n, la aplicaci?n de estas estrategias did?cticas ayud? a que los alumnos mejoren su rendimiento y logren llegar a su objetivo deseado.
This implementation work consists in applying didactic strategies for the development of intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligences in the students of the fifth parallel year "A" of the Middle of the World School, through the development of workshops that allow to know themselves, their capacities, their limitations, interact with others and to be able to solve problems related to their own emotions. The results obtained were positive since there were few difficulties, the students learned how to know each other more, to identify their own emotions and control them, to know their own way of thinking, feeling and acting, to have self-awareness of their strengths and weaknesses and the most important thing was that relations between classmates improved, the level of communication increased, there was more respect and collaboration. In conclusion, the application of these teaching strategies helped students improve their performance and achieve their desired goal.
