La presente investigaci?n titulada ?La WebQuest como herramienta did?ctica en el aprendizaje de los n?meros enteros en octavo de Educaci?n General B?sica de la Unidad Educativa Luis Cordero? de la cuidad de Azogues. Tiene como objetivo contribuir en el aprendizaje de los n?meros enteros mediante una WebQuest como herramienta did?ctica. Para cumplir el prop?sito se dise?? una WebQuest con actividades did?cticas en cinco fases. La metodolog?a es cualitativa bajo el paradigma socio constructivista y se basa en un modelo de investigaci?n-acci?n. Este modelo permiti? determinar las potencialidades y debilidades que tiene el uso de una WebQuest como aporte Conceptual y procedimental para los estudiantes. Bernie Dodge desarrollo en 1995 esta herramienta como una actividad orientada a la indagaci?n y apropiaci?n de informaci?n. Su aplicaci?n arrojo resultados favorables para la investigaci?n pues se sabe que la WebQuest contribuyo en el aprendizaje de los n?meros enteros. Adem?s, Al contrastar los resultados obtenidos en la evaluaci?n diagnostica y la evaluaci?n final podemos decir que el aporte conceptual y metodol?gico que brinda esta herramienta digital favorece en el aprendizaje de n?meros enteros.
This research entitled "The WebQuest as a teaching tool in the learning of the whole numbers in eighth of Basic General Education of the Luis Cordero Educational Unit" of the city of Azogues. It aims to contribute to the learning of whole numbers through a WebQuest as a teaching tool. To fulfill the purpose, a WebQuest was designed with didactic activities in five phases. The methodology is qualitative under the socio-constructivist paradigm and is based on an action research model. This model allowed to determine the potentialities and weaknesses of the use of a WebQuest as a Conceptual and procedural contribution for students. Bernie Dodge developed this tool in 1995 as an activity oriented to the investigation and appropriation of information. Its application produced favorable results for research because it is known that WebQuest contributed to the learning of whole numbers. In addition, When comparing the results obtained in the diagnostic evaluation and the final evaluation, we can say that the conceptual and methodological contribution provided by this digital tool favors the learning of whole numbers.
