Liderazgo docente para el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo

La importancia que ha venido ganando el pensamiento creativo y su desarrollo en la escuela, responde a una realidad caracterizada por los cambios que de manera excepcional se han estado haciendo presentes en ella. En ese sentido, los planteamientos relacionados con una educaci?n para la creatividad y el pensamiento creativo tienen plena pertinencia, destacando la importancia que tiene el docente en ese proceso. En este trabajo se realiza un an?lisis sobre el liderazgo que le corresponde desempe?ar al docente para favorecer la consolidaci?n de una educaci?n dirigida a desarrollar el pensamiento creativo. Las reflexiones finales de este estudio es que uno de los puntos de partida para propiciar el liderazgo del docente se encuentra en un proceso formativo basado en comunidades de aprendizaje, donde se privilegie la interactividad y el trabajo cooperativo como elementos de apertura para nuevos estilos y estrategias de ense?anza.
The importance that has gained the creative thought and its development in the school, responds to a reality characterized by the changes that in an exceptional way have become present in it. In that sense, the approaches related to an education for creativity and creative thinking are fully relevant, highlighting the importance of the teacher in this process. This paper analyzes the leadership that corresponds to the teacher to promote the consolidation of an education aimed at developing creative thinking. A final reflection of this study is that one of the starting points to promote teacher leadership is in a formative process based on learning communities, where interactivity and cooperative work are privileged as elements of openness for new styles and teaching strategies.
