La creatividad ha sido investigada, mayormente, en la primera infancia. Sin embargo, este Trabajo de Integraci?n Curricular, se enfoc? en el an?lisis de la creatividad del docente en el proceso de planificaci?n de experiencias de aprendizaje, en el Centro de Educaci?n Inicial de Innovaci?n UNAE, puesto que, si se busca que la infancia manifieste con libertad su creatividad, se debe empezar por los docentes, para que sus capacidades se reflejen en los ni?os y las ni?as. Es as? que el objetivo principal es proponer talleres vivenciales que involucren la expresi?n pl?stica como contribuci?n al fomento de la creatividad del docente. El trabajo se abord? desde la investigaci?n acci?n, con enfoque cualitativo y bajo el paradigma socio cr?tico. La sistematizaci?n te?rica guio la construcci?n de los instrumentos para diagnosticar las manifestaciones de creatividad de los docentes, los cuales responden a las t?cnicas de recolecci?n de informaci?n: observaci?n, entrevista y grupo de discusi?n; para su an?lisis se utiliz? el an?lisis de informaci?n y la triangulaci?n de datos. Los resultados se centran en el reconocimiento de la creatividad del docente en las acciones que realiza en el proceso de planificaci?n de experiencias de aprendizaje. Existen acciones tanto para fomentar como para superar las barreras a la creatividad del docente; siendo el trabajo en grupo la opci?n m?s referida. Ambas afirmaciones dan origen al taller vivencial Crearte para reconectar al docente con su creatividad; como aporte a la formaci?n continua que contempla un diagn?stico de los participantes y su contexto para asegurar su pertinencia.
Creativity has been investigated, mostly, in early childhood stage. However, this Curricular Integration Work focused on the analysis of teacher's creativity in the process of planning learning experiences, at the UNAE Innovation Early Childhood Education Center. Due to, if the premise is that childhood manifests their creativity within freedom, it must begin at the educational level with the teachers, consenquently their capacities can be reflected on the children. The main objective is to propose experiential workshops that involve plastic expression as a contribution to the improvement of teacher?s creativity. The investigation focused on action research with a qualitative approach and under the socio-critical paradigm. The theoretical systematization guided the construction of instruments to diagnose the manifestations of teacher's creativity, which responds to the information gathering techniques: observation, interview and group discussion. Furthermore, the information analysis and data triangulation were used as analysis techniques. The results focus on the recognition of teacher's creativity in the actions carried out on the process of planning learning experiences. There are actions that encourage and to overcome barriers to teacher's creativity; the preferred option is team group. Therefore, both statements raise up the Crearte experiential workshop to reconnect teachers with their creativity as a contribution to continuous training that includes a diagnosis of the participants and their context to ensure it is relevant.
