Los resultados que se presentan se constituyen de experiencias significativas en la Educaci?n de J?venes y Adultos (EDJA), desde el enfoque inclusivo y de g?nero, en Cuba; adem?s, estos revelan la necesaria atenci?n que requiere la diversidad y la soluci?n de problem?ticas y discrepancias en las relaciones sociales que alejan y discriminan por razones de g?nero. Se asume la sistematizaci?n te?rica y emp?rica, desde un enfoque sociocr?tico que incorpora criterios hist?ricos, contextuales y valorativos con una visi?n hol?stica. Los resultados derivan de las alianzas estrat?gicas entre el Departamento de EDJA, la Federaci?n de Mujeres Cubanas (FMC) y la c?tedra de G?nero, Familia y Salud de la Universidad de Holgu?n. Las dos experiencias aqu? reportadas se centran, por una parte, en establecimientos penitenciarios y, por otra, en las Casas de Orientaci?n a la Mujer y a la Familia (COMF); cuentan con la participaci?n de profesores, instructores educativos, especialistas y estudiantes. Asimismo, se han registrado testimonios y vivencias de personas que han sido beneficiarias de estos proyectos y programas, con enfoque de transversalizaci?n de g?nero; el mismo les ha proporcionado una capacidad transformadora que se reflejada en el ejercicio real de la Educaci?n de J?venes y Adultos en territorio.
The presented results are constituted of significant experiences in Youth and Adult Education, from the inclusive and gender approaches in the Cuban education, with the necessary attention to diversity, contributing to the solution of problems related to discrepancies in social relations that alienate and discriminate people for gender reasons. This theoretical and empirical systematization is assumed from a socio-critical approach that incorporates historical, contextual and evaluative criteria with a holistic vision. The results derive from a strategic alliance between the Department of Youth and Adult Education (EDJA), the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC) and the Chair of Gender, Family and Health of the University of Holguin. The two experiences reported here are centered, on the one hand, in penitentiary establishments and, on the other hand, in the Women?s and Family Orientation Houses, with the participation of teachers, educational instructors, specialists and students. Testimonies and experiences of people who have been beneficiaries of these projects and programs with a gender mainstreaming approach were recorded, and reflect a transforming capacity related to the real exercise of Youth and Adult Education in the territory.
