El presente trabajo se realiz? en la Escuela de Educaci?n B?sica Dr. Alfredo P?rez Guerrero acerca del autoconcepto y autoestima en la transici?n infancia ? adolescencia en estudiantes de 11 a 13 a?os, para lo cual se seleccion? uno de los paralelos de s?ptimo de b?sica. El objetivo fue garantizar una adecuada transici?n de la infancia hacia la adolescencia a trav?s de la identificaci?n de potencialidades y limitaciones de los estudiantes para as? promover el desarrollo de capacidades y habilidades en su nueva etapa. Para esto se implementaron talleres con contenidos afines obteniendo principales resultados en los estudiantes como la comprensi?n de sus cualidades, diferencias entre estereotipos y realidad, reconocimiento de conductas, resoluci?n de problemas y reflexiones positivas para poner en pr?ctica lo aprendido.
The present work has taken place in the School of Basic Education Dr. -Alfredo P?rez Guerrero about the self-concept and self-esteem in the transition childhood - adolescence in students from 11 to 13 years, for which one of the parallels of seventh of basic was selected. The objective was to guarantee an adequate transition from childhood to adolescence through the identification of potentialities and limitations of students in order to promote the development of skills and abilities in their new stage. For this, workshops with related content were implemented, obtaining main results in the students as the understanding of their qualities, differences between stereotypes and reality, recognition of behaviors, problem solving and positive reflections to put into practice what they have learned.
