El presente Trabajo Final de Master, pretende contribuir en la adecuada toma de decisiones vocacional, en los estudiantes de d?cimo de b?sica, siendo este un nivel crucial en el proceso educativo, en especial aplic?ndolo en la Unidad Educativa ?Jos? Joaqu?n Olmedo?, siendo este un plantel educativo con bachillerato t?cnico, perteneciente a la parroquia de Olmedo, sector rural del Cant?n de Cayambe. Deseando minimizar en un mayor porcentaje la dificultad que se presenta cuando los estudiantes se enfrentan a la elecci?n vocacional, se promueve en mencionado programa, varias actividades con el ?nico objetivo de brindar la orientaci?n adecuada y oportuna por la comunidad educativa, para propiciar que los alumnos cuenten con instrumentos necesarios para su satisfactoria elecci?n vocacional.
The present Master Final Project aims to contribute to the adequate vocational decision-making in the tenth grade students, this being a crucial level in the educational process, especially applying it in the Educational Unit "Jos? Joaqu?n Olmedo", being this an educational center with technical baccalaureate, belonging to the parish of Olmedo, rural sector of the Canton of Cayambe. Desiring to minimize in a greater percentage the difficulty that arises when students face the vocational choice, this program promotes several activities with the sole objective of providing adequate and timely guidance by the educational community, to encourage the students have the necessary instruments for your satisfactory vocational choice.
