La presente investigaci?n, de tipo cualitativa, tiene como objetivo explicar las experiencias al utilizar de forma pr?ctica las tecnolog?as de la informaci?n y comunicaci?n (TIC), as? como las diferentes estrategias pedag?gicas y did?cticas para motivar la participaci?n en los encuentros virtuales de los estudiantes de bachillerato t?cnico en Servicios Hoteleros que poseen discapacidad intelectual. Como resultado, se observ? que las estrategias pedag?gicas y did?cticas implementadas durante el primer quimestre de estudio coadyuvaron a promover la atenci?n, interacci?n, disminuci?n de la ansiedad y retenci?n de aprendizajes durante los encuentros sincr?nicos con el grupo en estudio. Por otro lado, la implementaci?n de estrategias de contenci?n socioemocional posibilit? crear en los educandos un esp?ritu de resiliencia, favoreci? su bienestar emocional y desarrollo integral y les brind? herramientas para desenvolverse de manera apropiada durante la pandemia del COVID-19.
The present investigation of qualitative objective of explaining the experience of the practical form of Information and communications technology (TIC) with the focus on different strategies of pedagogy and didactics to motivate the students in the virtual studies of the Technical Bachelors Degree of Hoteliers Services of which are intellectually disabled. It was observed during the pedagogy process and didactics implemented in the first quinmester of studies contributed to the attention, interaction, reducing stress, and retention of learning, during the synchronized meetings with all involved in the group. On the other hand, the strategy implementation of emotional competence allowed us to create in the classroom a spirit of resilience which assisted in their emotional well being and comprehensive development, giving them the tools needed in order to develop the skills to confront the COVID-19 pandemic.
