Las pr?cticas preprofesionales virtuales desarrolladas en la Universidad Nacional de Educaci?n durante la emergencia sanitaria decretada en el pa?s por la COVID-19, constituyen una alternativa necesaria para la formaci?n pr?ctica de los estudiantes en la escuela. El objetivo propuesto tiene dos intenciones, incluir el periodo de pr?cticas virtuales curriculares en el campo de la praxis preprofesional de todas las carreras y ofrecer la oportunidad de formaci?n al docente investigador en el escenario virtual. La novedad del concepto pr?cticas preprofesionales virtuales en la formaci?n del docente investigador de la UNAE radica, en su concepci?n innovadora que favorece la articulaci?n con la pr?ctica educativa virtual y a distancia que realiza el MINEDUC, la reflexi?n sobre las teor?as que intervienen en la mejora del proceso de ense?anza aprendizaje en la escuela. Se propone un Plan de Pr?cticas construido por las diferentes carreras ajustado a sus contextos educativos de formaci?n pr?ctica y perfil de egreso, que garantiza el acompa?amiento mediante la tutor?a acad?mica, la innovaci?n educativa de las actividades, recursos y productos creados para la mejora educativa de la escuela en situaciones de emergencia, as? como el seguimiento y atenci?n a las situaciones de vulnerabilidad que presentan los practicantes durante su formaci?n.
The virtual pre-professional practices developed at the National University of Education during the health emergency decreed in the country by COVID-19, constitute a necessary alternative for the practical training of students at school. The proposed objective has two intentions: to include the period of curricular virtual practices in the field of pre-professional praxis of all careers and to offer the opportunity of training the teacher-researcher in the virtual scenario.The novelty of the concept of virtual pre-professional practices in the training of the teacher-researcher of the UNAE lies in its innovative conception that favors the articulation with the virtual and distance educational practice carried out by MINEDUC, the reflection on the theories involved in the improvement of the teaching-learning process in the school.An Internship Plan built by the different careers is proposed, adjusted to their educational contexts of practical training and graduate profile, which guarantees the accompaniment through academic tutoring, educational innovation of activities, resources and products created for the educational improvement of the school in emergency situations, as well as the monitoring and attention to the situations of vulnerability presented by the interns during their training.
