Los valores son fundamentales porque ellos rigen nuestra forma de actuar y pensar ante los dem?s. Vivimos en una ?poca de temor donde los ni?os son objeto f?cil de influencias negativas y donde ellos pueden pensar que su forma de actuar ante la sociedad es correcta y ese tipo de pensamiento lo manifiestan en las relaciones interpersonales y en su conducta diaria. Este programa tiene la finalidad de promover el desarrollo de valores en los alumnos de s?ptimo grado de la escuela de Educaci?n B?sica ?Dolores Cacuango? para mejorar la convivencia entre pares y docentes, mediante actividades l?dicas y de interacci?n. Durante la ejecuci?n del programa se evidenci? dentro y fuera del aula una mejor?a en su conducta y rendimiento acad?mico. Los resultados obtenidos con la aplicaci?n de este programa fueron muy positivos, quedando claro que la educaci?n en valores forjar? individuos valiosos para la sociedad si aplicamos lo aprendido.
Values are fundamental because they govern our way of acting and thinking before others. We live in a time of fear where children are easily subject to negative influences and where they may think that their way of acting before society is correct and that type of thinking is manifested in interpersonal relationships and their daily behavior. The purpose of this program is to promote the development of values in the seventh grade students of the "Dolores Cacuango" Basic Education school to improve coexistence between peers and teachers through playful and interactive activities. During the execution of the program there was an improvement in their behavior and academic performance inside and outside the classroom. The results obtained with the application of this program were very positive, making it clear that education in values will forge valuable individuals for society if we apply what we have learned
