Este trabajo presenta la problem?tica de c?mo contribuir a una adecuada retroalimentaci?n del auditor al directivo durante la evaluaci?n de los Est?ndares de Gesti?n Escolar, en el Componente de Gesti?n Administrativa, dentro del proceso de una Auditor?a de seguimiento; la cual se pretende resolver con una gu?a metodol?gica. Se fundamenta te?ricamente, a partir de una revisi?n bibliogr?fica sobre la calidad educativa, los est?ndares de calidad, la auditor?a educativa y la retroalimentaci?n. Esta investigaci?n cualitativa, se sustenta en el paradigma Hermen?utico y tiene como metodolog?a al estudio de caso. El caso seleccionado fue la Unidad Educativa Sinincay que coincide con la unidad de an?lisis y la categor?a de an?lisis es la Retroalimentaci?n. Adem?s, se utilizaron t?cnicas como: el an?lisis de documentos, la entrevista y la encuesta; cuyos datos fueron triangulados y se confirm? que existen dificultades en la retroalimentaci?n, pues no siempre se comprende c?mo realizar la mejora en aquellos est?ndares de mayor dificultad. Para resolver estas dificultades se realiz? la propuesta de una Gu?a metodol?gica, que brinda pautas de c?mo realizar la retroalimentaci?n y est? basada en un proceso dial?gico, reflexivo y constructivo a una auditor?a de seguimiento. Al consultar a los expertos, coinciden en que la propuesta es importante para la retroalimentaci?n en el proceso de auditor?a, porque garantiza la mejora de la calidad educativa y concuerdan en que una debilidad para el cumplimiento de los est?ndares de calidad es que los directivos no entienden lo descrito en el Manual para la implementaci?n de los est?ndares.
This work presents the problematic on how to contribute to adequate feedback from the auditor to the executive during the evaluation of the School Management Standards, in the Administrative Management Component, within the process of a follow-up Audit; which is intended to be resolved with a methodological guide. It is theoretically based, based on a literature review on educational quality, quality standards, educational auditing and feedback. This qualitative research is based on the Hermeneutic paradigm and has a case study as its methodology. The selected case was the Sinincay Educational Unit, which coincides with the unit of analysis and the category of analysis is Feedback. In addition, techniques such as: document analysis, interview and survey were used; whose data was triangulated and it was found that there are difficulties in the feedback, since it is not always understood how to make the improvement in those standards of greater difficulty. To resolve these difficulties, a methodological guide was proposed, which provides guidelines on how to provide feedback and is based on a dialogic, reflective, and constructive process for a follow-up audit. When consulting to the experts, they agree that the proposal is important for feedback in the audit process, because it guarantees the improvement of educational quality, and they agree that a weakness for compliance with quality standards is that directives do not understand everything described in the Manual for the implementation of standards.
