Guía de orientación a la familia para la compensación de la disartria en una niña con parálisis cerebral y discapacidad intelectual

La presente investigación está centrada en un estudio de caso único en base a una estudiante con disartria a consecuencia de una parálisis cerebral que se encuentra asociada a una discapacidad intelectual. Los refrentes teóricos tratados presentan a la disartria como un trastorno de pronunciación del habla, en donde se afecta la motricidad y correcta articulación de los órganos que intervienen enF la pronunciación, así mismo se altera la capacidad respiratoria para el habla, el ritmo y la fluidez y, ante la presencia de discapacidad concomitante, regularmente se comprometen todos los componentes del lenguaje. el sujeto de estudio presenta espasticidad y lentitud que provocan alteraciones en la articulación, también presenta dificultades en los cuatro componentes del lenguaje, a causa de la discapacidad intelectual. La recolección de la información para concretar esta investigación, pasó por la revisión documental y bibliográfica, la entrevista a la madre y la observación participante; el análisis de resultados de toda la información recogida pasó por la triangulación de datos para llegar a describir el caso, enfocándose primordialmente en las características del lenguaje de la niña. Para dar solución al diagnóstico obtenido, se diseñó una guía de orientación que busca guiar a la familia con actividades y ejercicios con enfoque lúdico y pedagógico y carácter asequible, dirigida a compensar este trastorno en la niña objeto de estudio.
The present investigation is focused on a single case study based on a student with dysarthria as a consequence of cerebral palsy that is associated with an intellectual disability. The theoretical fronts treated present dysarthria as a speech pronunciation disorder, where the motor skills and correct articulation of the organs involved in pronunciation are affected, likewise the respiratory capacity for speech, rhythm and fluency are altered. and, in the presence of concomitant disability, all language components are regularly compromised. The study subject presents spasticity and slowness that cause alterations in the articulation, he also presents difficulties in the four components of language, due to intellectual disability. The collection of information to carry out this research, went through the documentary and bibliographical review, the interview with the mother and the participant observation; The analysis of the results of all the information collected went through the triangulation of data to describe the case, focusing primarily on the characteristics of the girl's language. To solve the diagnosis obtained, an orientation guide was designed that seeks to guide the family with activities and exercises with a playful and pedagogical approach and an affordable nature, aimed at compensating for this disorder in the girl under study.
