Design of an educational strategy on risks of early pregnancy in the club of teenagers of the neighborhood Antonio Cabri, of the canton Archidona, in the province of Napo, during the period from August 2015 to July 2016. A descriptive, correlational, transversal, documentary and field study was made with a quantitative and qualitative focus, the universe was given by 81 teenagers of the Neighborhood Antonio Cabri, establishing a sample of 40 members of the teenagers club, in compliance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. To obtain the data a survey was applied to the study group, previous the consent reported of the teenagers and their parents, validated by an expert group by means of the Moriyama criteria and the obtaining of the Cronbach Alpha. The results obtained were the following: from 10 to 13 years, 19 teenagers with a 47.5%, female gender 28 for a 70%, indigenous 23 for a 57.5%, singles 34 teenager for an 85%, from 5th to 7th basic school year, 15 teenagers for a 37.5% and inappropriate knowledge about early pregnancy risks, 26 teenagers for a 65%. It is concluded that the inappropriate knowledge prevailed in the teenagers from 10 to 13 years old, of the female gender, indigenous ethnicity and single young people with a schooling from the fifth to the seventh years of basic education. That is why an educational strategy was designed to modify these aspects in a positive way, by increasing the life quality of the young people. It is recommended to apply the educational intervention proposed to the teenagers club of the Neighborhood Antonio Cabri of the canton Archidona.
Dise?o de estrategia educativa sobre riesgos del embarazo precoz en el club de adolescentes del Barrio Antonio Cabri, cant?n Archidona, provincia de Napo, en el periodo agosto 2015 a julio 2016. Se realiz? un estudio descriptivo correlacional, transversal documental y de campo con enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, el universo estuvo dado por 81 adolescentes del Barrio Antonio Cabri, quedando la muestra constituida por 40 miembros del club de adolescentes, cumpliendo los criterios de inclusi?n y de exclusi?n. Para obtener la informaci?n se aplic? una encuesta al grupo de estudio, previo consentimiento informado de los adolescentes y sus padres, validada por un grupo de expertos mediante los criterios de Moriyama y la obtenci?n del alfa de Cronbach. Los resultados que se obtuvieron fueron los siguientes: de 10 a 13 a?os 19 adolescentes con un 47,5%, femeninos 28 para un 70%, ind?genas 23 para un 57,5%, solteros 34 adolescentes para un 85%, de 5to a 7mo a?o b?sico 15 adolescentes para un 37,5% y conocimientos inadecuados sobre riesgos del embarazo precoz 26 adolescentes para un 65%.Se concluye que predomin? los conocimientos inadecuados en los adolescentes de 10 a 13 a?os, del sexo femenino, etnia ind?gena, solteros y con escolaridad de quinto a s?ptimo a?os b?sica. Por lo que se dise?? una estrategia educativa para modificar estos de forma positiva, incrementando la calidad de vida de los j?venes. Se recomienda aplicar la intervenci?n educativa propuesta al club de adolescentes del Barrio Antonio Cabri del cant?n Archidona.
