Due to the development of new management models, which have increased the number of targets and indicators towards the control and effective decision-making, scorecards have become necessary tools for the successful development of business management in recent years. Amid the Prometheus Project and implementation of Balanced Scorecard at the Polytechnic School of Chimborazo (ESPOCH), a new software tool called ODU has been created which features continuous improvements that make it a leading product. ODUNPLUS is a new version of this scorecard that is programmed with free web tools and technology libraries and under GNU General Public License (GPL) that allows free distribution and use. This article discusses the benefits of new ODUNPLUS Scorecard.
Debido al desarrollo de nuevos modelos de gesti?n, que han aumentado el n?mero de objetivos e indicadores en pos del control y de una efectiva toma de decisiones, los cuadros de mando se han convertido en herramientas necesarias para el desarrollo exitoso de la gesti?n empresarial en los ?ltimos a?os. En medio del Proyecto Prometeo y la implementaci?n del Balanced Scorecard en la Escuela Superior Polit?cnica de Chimborazo (ESPOCH), se ha creado una nueva herramienta inform?tica denominada ODUN que tiene mejoras continuas y la hacen un producto a seguir. ODUNPLUS es una nueva versi?n de este cuadro de mando que est? programado con herramientas y librer?as libres de tecnolog?a web y bajo Licencia P?blica General de GNU (GPL) que permite su libre distribuci?n y uso. Este art?culo expone las nuevas bondades del Cuadro de Mando ODUNPLUS.
