Cuadro de mando integral en la Facultad de Administraci?n de Empresas de la Escuela Superior Polit?cnica de Chimborazo.

Description: Within Prometeo Project, the Faculty of Company Administration (FADE) of the Chimborazo?s Higher School (ESPOCH), initiated your first steps for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) like the model of university management. The objectives of project are to implement BSC in the FADE and in its six schools. In order to develop the work, theories of authors Robert Kaplan and David Norton in relation to BSC were taken into account. Comparative and analysis methods with other experiences in the university management were used. Finally, was implemented BSC and the operating control in the FADE was propitiated.
En el marco del Proyecto Prometo la Facultad de Administraci?n de Empresa (FADE) de la Escuela Superior de Chimborazo (ESPOCH) inici? sus primeros pasos para la implementaci?n del Balanced Scorecard (BSC) o Cuadro de Mando Integral, como modelo de Gesti?n Universitaria. Los objetivos de este proyecto eran implementar el BSC en la FADE y en sus seis Escuelas. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se tuvo en cuenta las teor?as de los autores Robert Kaplan y David Norton respecto al BSC y utilizaron m?todos comparativos y de an?lisis con otras experiencias en la gesti?n universitaria. Finalmente se implement? el BSC que es un modelo que facilita el control de gesti?n en la FADE.
