Aplicación de un proceso contable para determinar la situación económica del Centro de Desarrollo Infantil mis amiguitos de la ciudad de Macas

El proceso contable de cualquier empresa independientemente del sistema contable (software) que se utilice, debe ejecutar pasos básicos relacionados con las actividades financieras; dichos datos se deben registrar, clasificar y resumir, sin embargo el proceso contable involucra la comunicación a quienes estén interesados y la interpretación de la información contable para ayudar en la toma de decisiones comerciales el mismo que contribuirá de una forma técnica y eficiente al manejo adecuado. El Centro de Desarrollo Infantil mis Amiguitos no cuenta con un inventario de activos existentes, ni se ha realizado un análisis de los gastos e ingresos para determinar si existe o no utilidades, motivo por el cual se realizó el Proceso Contable para determinar la rentabilidad. En el presente trabajo se aplicó la investigación de carácter descriptivo porque describió la situación actual y explicativa. Para el estudio se consideró como muestra a la propietaria y al personal que laboran en la administran el Centro Educativo mediante una entrevista de preguntas abiertas por ser un instrumento práctico y económico. Por su naturaleza dicho trabajo fue cuantitativo y cualitativo que procuro que la investigación fuese detallada para obtener resultados reales. El Centro de Desarrollo Infantil mis Amiguitos durante el primer semestre del 2013 se obtuvo una utilidad de 1.090,52 dólares, resultado que es muy favorable para la organización, por lo que es factible la propuesta de la aplicación de un sistema contable para obtener los estados financieros del Centro Educativo.
The accounting process of any company independently of the countable (software) system that was used, it should execute basic steps related with the financial activities; this data should register, to classify and to summarize, however the countable process involves the communication to those who are interested and the interpretation of the countable information to help in the taking of commercial decisions the same one that will contribute from a technical and efficient way to the appropriate handling. The Center of Infantile Development my Friends don't have an inventory of active existent, neither he/she has been carried out an analysis of the expenses and revenues to determine if it exists or non-utilities, reason for which was carried out the Countable Process to determine the profitability. Presently work was applied the descriptive investigation of character because it described the current and explanatory situation. For the study it was considered like sample to the landlady and the personnel that work in they administer it the Educational Center by means of an interview of questions opened up to be a practical and economic instrument. For their nature said work it was quantitative and qualitative that try that the investigation was detailed to obtain real results. The Center of Infantile Development my Friends during the first semester of the 2013 an utility was obtained of 1.090,52 dollars, result that it is very favorable for the organization, for what is feasible the proposal of the application of a countable system to obtain the financial states of the Educational Center.
