La constante necesidad de información contable, financiera y tributaria por parte de las diferentes instituciones, ya sean estas del Estado o privadas, así como el requerimiento de información financiera por parte de los directivos de la institución, ha hecho de la actividad contable financiera, una herramienta muy útil e importante para el desarrollo de las instituciones.\nAl no contar con un Proceso Contable definido, se incurre en el riesgo de quedar estancados en el desarrollo institucional, al no adoptar procedimientos contables correctos, que contribuyan a un mejor desenvolvimiento del trabajo diario dentro del Departamento de Contabilidad.\nEl presente trabajo resume lo que un negocio de estas dimensiones debe hacer básicamente para lograr un control contable, básico y real que permita cumplir con las obligaciones que implica el realizar una actividad económica, como son las obligaciones tributarias, específicamente la declaración y pago de impuestos.\nEl proceso contable que se aplica en el local comercial Manualidades y Artesanías Carolina, es básico, y sirve para determinar por medio del registro de las transacciones diarias, resultados expresados en los balances fundamentales e importantes que reflejen la situación económica y financiera y el resultado de las operaciones que fundamentan el giro del negocio.\nEl proceso contable no solo permite el registro de las transacciones, su contabilización, sino que en conjunto con las políticas de manejo del negocio tanto contables como financieras se va dando forma y orden a un proceso que definitivamente es el único que permite establecer y determinar resultados
The constant need for accounting, financial and taxation by different institutions, be they state or private, as well as the financial reporting requirement by the directors of the institution, has made financial accounting activity, one very useful and important tool for the development of institutions.\nBy not having a defined accounting process, it incurs the risk of being stuck in institutional development, by failing to adopt proper accounting procedures that contribute to a better development of daily work within the Accounting Department.\nThis paper summarizes what a business of this size should do basically to achieve accounting control, basic real and for compliance with the obligations which involves performing an economic activity, such as tax obligations, specifically the declaration and payment of taxes.\nThe accounting process is applied in the Arts and Crafts shop Carolina, is basic, and serves to determine by recording daily transactions, results expressed in the fundamental and important balance to reflect the economic and financial situation and the result of operations that support the line of business.\nThe accounting process not only allows the recording of transactions, its accounting, but policies together with business management and financial accounting both are free to shape and order to a process that's definitely the only one who can establish and determine results .
