En el mundo actualmente han surgido una serie de evoluciones en la tecnología, siendo esta una herramienta de apoyo para otras ciencias y de esta manera permite solventar una necesidad humana, la cual es de llevar un correcto control económico financiero, que da pautas para estudiar la contabilidad y por ende ya un Sistema Contable. Esto sirve como guía para la contabilidad y el profesional contable, pues esta actividad es quizás una de las más importante dentro del campo de los negocios y para la operación exitosa del mismo, dada su naturaleza de informar acerca del incremento de la riqueza, la productividad y el posicionamiento de las empresas en los ambientes competitivos, además de evaluar las deficiencias y permitir hacer cambios en esta para su correcto manejo y función. Los Sistemas Contables tienen una gran utilidad, tanto para la toma de decisiones de los socios de las empresas que notablemente van a desear el crecimiento de la mima, como para aquellos usuarios externos de la información, puesto que les permitirá evaluar la situación actual de la misma. Las empresas en la actualidad buscan efectivizar sus procesos y por ende las actividades de cada uno de ellos, debido a lo suscitado se ha palpado la necesidad de aplicar técnicas y métodos que permite el registro y control sistemático de todas las operaciones y transacciones que se realizan en la empresa, por supuesto con la ayuda de la tecnología que sirve de herramienta para esta acción y en cierto punto de facilitar un análisis instantáneo para la toma de decisiones de la gerencia.
In the world, a series of technological evolutions have taken place, this is a support tool for other sciences and allows solving a human need, which is correct economic and financial control, giving guidelines to study accounting and is therefore already an Accounting System. This serves as a guide for accounting and accounting professional, because this activity is perhaps one of the most important in the field of business and for the successful operation of it, given its nature of informing about the increase in wealth, productivity and the positioning of companies in competitive environments, in addition to assessing deficiencies and allowing changes to be made in this area for proper management and function. The Accounting Systems have a great utility, both for the decision making of the partners of the companies that will notably want the growth of it, as for those external users of the information, since it will allow them to evaluate the current situation of the same. Companies currently seek to streamline their processes and therefore the activities of each of them, due to the above has been felt the need to apply techniques and methods that allows the registration and systematic control of all operations and transactions carried out in the company, of course with the help of the technology that serves as a tool for this action and at a certain point to facilitate an instantaneous analysis for the decision making of the management.
