El Objetivo General de la tesis es la implementación del Sistema Contable para el negocio CURIOSO NET, venta al por menor de artículos de papelería e internet para el sector comercial, y describir la situación actual del negocio. En ella no existe una Administración basada en principios de planeación, organización, liderazgo y Control, y se pudo dimensionar las pérdidas que provoca no contar con un sistema contable. A través del análisis FODA se pudo detectar problemas en el área administrativa, contable, financiero, servicio al cliente y crédito. Se realizó un estudio comparativo para definición de la mejor opción de software contable, a través de una matriz de decisión. Se implementó un sistema contable con políticas contables, y se emitió los primeros reportes y un análisis financiero del mismo. Al final se realizó una evaluación del software contable con el personal involucrado en el que se pudo corroborar que la decisión tomada fue la acertada, y se determinó definiciones de criterios para la evaluación del sistema contable luego de seis meses de iniciado el mismo.
The general objective of the thesis is the implementation of the Accounting System for the business Curiosonet. Internet and stationery retail for the commercial area, and describing the current situation of the business. In it there is no Planning, organizing, leadership and control principle based Administration, the loss caused by not having an accounting system could be dimensioned. Through SWOT analysis it could be detected administrative, accounting, financial, customer service and credit problems. A comparative study was done in order to define the best accounting software, through a decision matrix. An accounting system with accounting policies was implemented, and the first reports were issued and a financial analysis of it. At the end a software evaluation was done with the involved personnel where it could be confirmed that the decision was right, and criteria definitions were determined for the evaluation of the accounting system after six month from the beginning.
