En la actualidad, las empresas han sufrido cambios permanentes en cuanto al manejo de su gestión por procesos, que consiste en definir las actividades orientadas a generar un valor añadido sobre una entrada para obtener un resultado, y una salida que a su vez satisfaga las necesidades del cliente. Las cuales han ayudado a mejorar su calidad, control, reducción de tiempos entre tareas, siendo así más efectivas y eficaces. Por tal motivo, esto ha acarreado, a que las organizaciones sean más competitivas, en su manejo de la gestión por procesos. Por tal razón, esta investigación pretende determinar, un modelo de gestión por procesos, para el área financiera y tributaria de la empresa GRAFANDINA S.A. Con la finalidad de mejorar el desenvolvimiento de la organización, optimizando sus recursos y tiempo haciendo que esta misma genere una utilidad mayor proporcionando a la vez un producto de calidad hacia el consumidor.
