Esta investigación fue desarrollada con el fin de detectar el problema principal de la Panificadora “DIPAN” que radica en no tener definido la estructura administrativa financiera que hoy en día son fundamentales en toda organización, además la falta de procedimientos impiden la continuidad de las actividades y hace deficiente los controles de las mismas para la toma de decisiones. Para dar solución a estos problemas nace la Propuesta de este tema, basándose en la necesidad que tiene la Panificadora de mejorar y generar así una solución eficaz mediante un análisis basado en herramientas como la matriz FODA, procedimientos y cuestionarios que reflejan el desempeño administrativo-financiero, logrando así cumplir los objetivos y metas de manera oportuna y confiable.
This research was developed in order to detect the main problem of the Bakery “DIPAN” which is based on not having defined the administrative-financial structure that are fundamental in every organization today. In addition, the lack of procedures prevents the continuity of activities and makes their controls deficient for decisionmaking. In order to solve these problems, the proposal of this theme is made, based on the need of the Baker to improve and generate an effective solution through an analysis based on tools such as the SWOT matrix, procedures and questionnaires that reflect the administrative and financial performance, thus achieving the objectives and goals in a timely and reliable manner.
