Panificadora Dipan se encuentra diez años en el mercado buscando satisfacer las necesidades del cliente brindando un servicio destacado por su originalidad, calidad y atención al cliente. La principal actividad económica es la producción y comercialización de panes, pasteles, tortas, postres y otros productos alimenticios complementarios, además cuenta con un equipo de trabajo capacitado logrando que el producto sea aceptado en el mercado. El principal problema que presenta el negocio es la deficiencia en el control de las diferentes actividades administrativas y financieras debido a que han existido varios inconvenientes con el personal por falta de control en la ejecución de sus actividades e inconsistencias de información en el tratamiento de las cuentas contables por confusión en sus registros lo que ha sido evidenciado con la realización del diagnóstico situacional a través del análisis del ambiente interno por lo que la solución que deberá aplicar la panadería es la realización de procedimientos administrativos y financieros en el que se planteará objetivos, responsables, políticas y actividades permitiendo así mejorar la gestión de las actividades y minimizar errores conllevando al posicionamiento en el mercado.
Panificadora Dipan has been in the market for ten years, seeking to satisfy the needs of the client by offering a service distinguished by its originality, quality and customer service. The main economic activity is the production and commercialization of breads, cakes, scones, desserts and other complementary food products, additionally it has a trained team working to obtain the product is accepted in the market. The main problem presented by the business is the deficiency in the control of the different administrative and financial activities because there have been several inconveniences with the personnel due to lack of control in the execution of their activities and inconsistencies in the treatment of information of the account book for confusion in their records which has been evidenced with the realization of the situational diagnosis through the analysis of the internal environment so the solution to be applied by the bakery is the implementation of administrative and financial procedures that will show objectives, responsible policies and activities allowing to improve the management of activities and minimize errors leading to market positioning.
