La Empresa IMPORTACIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES L&R, se constituyó el 25 de Marzo del 1980 en la ciudad de Quito, Provincia de Pichincha de conformidad con la Ley de la República del Ecuador; con el objeto principal de es la importación y comercialización de productos y accesorios ferreteros en desarrollo de su objeto social. El presente trabajo constituye la realización de una Auditoría de Gestión al Área del Departamento de Recursos Humanos de la empresa IMPORTACIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES L&R, del período comprendido entre el 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre del 2014, la importancia de la auditoría de gestión radica en identificar cuáles son las debilidades o falencias existentes dentro de la gestión del área a examinar, a fin de corregir las mismas para poder contar con procesos y procedimientos que se desarrollen con mayor productividad y calidad, motivo por el cual las recomendaciones que se derivan del informe final permitirán a la Empresa IMPORTACIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES L&R, atacar las falencias a fin de minimizar los efectos de las mismas.
The company IMPORTACIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES L&R, was established on March 25, 1980 in the city of Quito, Pichincha Province in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Ecuador; with the main purpose of the importation and marketing of products and hardware accessories developing its social purpose. This work is the realization of a Management Audit to the Department Area of Human Resources of the company IMPORTACIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES L&R, the period from January 1 to December31, 2014, the importance of the audit is to identify what existing weaknesses or shortcomings are within the management of the area to examine, in order to correct them to have processes and procedures that are developed with higher productivity and quality, which is why the recommendations arising of the final report will allow the Company IMPORTACIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES L&R, attack the weaknesses so as to minimize the effects thereof.
