Este proyecto está creado para satisfacer la demanda insatisfecha de productos lácteos existente en el Cantón Mejía; Provincia de Pichincha, busca producir y comercializar productos lácteos y sus derivados, los mismos que deben cumplir con los estándares de calidad establecidos. Los productos lácteos en la actualidad son muy demandados por la sociedad, ya que poseen altos beneficios nutritivos y alimenticios y es apto para el consumo del ser humano sin delimitar edades, sexo, estado civil y condiciones económicas, existen de varios sabores y texturas. Para la elaboración del proyecto se tomó en cuenta varios aspectos como son: los gustos, preferencias, calidad, nivel económico. Es importante mediante el estudio técnico determinar y analizar qué tipo de instrumentos, maquinarias y suministros se requiere, en el estudio económico y financiero se ha determinado los indicadores que permiten establecer el rendimiento de la inversión y determinar si es viable y factible llevar a cabo el proyecto.
This Project is created to satisfy the existing unsatisfied demand of dairy products in the Mejia Canton, Pichincha province, seek to produce and commercialize dairy products and its derivatives the same ones that must comply with the established quality standards. The dairy products nowadays are very demanded by the society, since they possess high nourishing and nutritive benefits and it is suitable for the consumption of the human being without delimiting ages, sex, marital status and economic conditions, they exist of several flavors and textures. For the development of the Project several aspects were taken into consideration such as: the tastes preferences, quality, economic level, it is important by the technical study to determine and to analyze what type of instruments, machineries and supplies we will need in the economic and financial study through the making of the financial statements we will be able to determine by the results if it is viable and feasible to carry it out.
