Con la definición de este proyecto se espera determinar la factibilidad y rentabilidad de desarrollar una comunidad virtual para los ciudadanos que tienen mascotas y desean cuidarlos y protegerlos de la mejor manera, y no siempre encuentran facilidades para hacerlo. Para eso se investigaron los servicios actuales disponibles en internet para la ciudad, se revisaron los productos y servicios existentes, y se realizaron estadísticas para evaluar la factibilidad de aplicarlo y determinar expectativas claras. Los estudios reflejaron la necesidad de llegar con productos y servicios que ayuden a los hogares a cuidar mejor a sus mascotas, y consultar inquietudes sencillas o urgentes por internet. Las estadísticas muestran que los ciudadanos con mascotas, que son 1 de cada 4 familias, no cuentan con la facilidad de encontrar productos de manera oportuna, ni de satisfacer sus inquietudes generales y que estarían dispuestas a interactuar activamente en una página de internet a su alcance.
With the definition of this project you can determine the feasibility and profitability of developing a virtual community for citizens who have pets and want to take care of them and protect them in the best way possible. For that, the current services available on the Internet for the city were investigated, the existing products and services were reviewed, and some statistics were taken to evaluate the feasibility of applying it and determining them clearly. The studies reflect the need to create products and services that help households look after their pets, and consult online about simple or urgent concerns.
