En el presente trabajo de investigación, analizaremos la figura internacional del derecho de Refugio en el Ecuador, a partir de la crisis política-social económica de Venezuela, hecho que provoco un acrecimiento de la migración de ciudadanos venezolanos a nuestro territorio, dejando como resultado una realidad internacional en lo pertinente a movilidad humana. Es así, como Ecuador, se ha convertido en un lugar de destino para aquellas personas que buscan mejorar su condición de vida a través del ejercicio del derecho de refugio. En nuestro país existe un gran acogimiento para los migrantes, el mayor destino en América Latina, trayendo consigo como consecuencia la necesidad imperante de la evolución jurídica del derecho de Refugio. Por ello, es menester resolver la problemática jurídica sobre el alcance de esta institución, solicitud, procedimiento; finalmente derechos y obligaciones correlativas entre el Estado ecuatoriano y los migrantes con calidad de Refugiados, a la luz del marco Constitucional y tratados internacionales, para así sugerir conclusiones y recomendaciones válidas que permitan establecer criterios básicos para la resolución de conflictos respecto de la figura objeto de la presente investigación.
In the present research work we will analyze the international figure of Refuge Law in Ecuador starting from the political-social-economic crisis of Venezuela which caused an increase in the migration of Venezuelan citizens to our territory leaving as a result an international reality in what pertains to human mobility. This is how like Ecuador it has become a destination for those who seek to improve their living conditions through the exercise of the right of refuge. In our country there is a great welcome for migrants the greatest destination in Latin America bringing consequently the imperative need for the legal evolution of the right of refuge. Therefore it is necessary to resolve the legal issues regarding the scope of this institution request procedure finally correlative rights and obligations between the Ecuadorian State and migrants with the status of Refugees in light of the Constitutional framework and international treaties in order to suggest valid conclusions and recommendations that allow the establishment of basic criteria for the resolution of conflicts with respect to the object figure the present investigation.
