El presente trabajo de investigación es un estudio que permite orientar a los Directivos de las Instituciones Educativas particulares del cantón Caluma en la adopción de normas de gestión de calidad institucionales específicamente del Idioma Inglés como sustento a la Gestión Institucional, concomitante al problema surge el objetivo general para posteriormente socializar al personal docente que labora en la institución, estudiantes y padres de familia que son los actores educativos, visionando a dónde quiere llegar la Institución. En el estudio se profundiza en el marco teórico definiendo términos, conceptos, principios, procesos de gestión y normas de calidad para consolidar en un modelo que sea el más adecuado con la investigación realizada a fin de direccionar las instituciones educativas con la participación activa de todos los actores educativos. En cuanto a la metodología se hace un análisis cualitativo de los resultados obtenidos, con la finalidad de verificar la importancia de la Gestión Institucional y su aplicabilidad con indicadores de gestión en el aspecto académico, de logística de formación e infraestructura. En ésta se anota el tipo de investigación, el mismo que lo realicé a través del diseño de campo porque se aplicó revisión de documentos, encuestas y observación, empleando métodos de investigación para recopilar datos, el análisis la sistematización, la interpretación para llegar a conclusiones y recomendaciones. Mediante este análisis se comprobó la hipótesis planteada en forma cualitativa que oriente su accionar y nos posibilite mejorar los objetivos institucionales para brindar servicios de mayor calidad que cubran con las demandas de los involucrados en la labor educativa. El presente trabajo de investigación está distribuido por Capítulos, lo que garantiza el proceso investigativo, así: El Capítulo I lo constituye el marco teórico que contiene referencias epistemológicas y conceptuales respecto de cada una de las variables planteadas y que sustentan la novedad científica que se quiere probar y fundamentan la hipótesis. El Capítulo II comprende el marco metodológico que direccionó la investigación; a su vez se plantean estrategias de cambio que se consideraran para estructurar el artículo científico El Capítulo III está conformado por los resultados que se derivan del trabajo de campo y comprende cuadros y gráficos referentes a cada ítem de las encuestas aplicadas con su correspondiente análisis e interpretación, culminando con las Conclusiones y Recomendaciones. Finalmente el artículo científico, será un aporte a la Institución y a la colectividad en el cumplimento que toda institución educativa debe contar con modelos, normas, sistemas e indicadores de gestión de calidad para cumplir con los objetivos, metas, estrategias de cambio institucionales, enfocada a las nuevas demandas del Ministerio de Educación, de la cual, saldrá el Proyecto Educativo Institucional, los planes curriculares, el manual de convivencia etc.
This research work is intended to provide guidance to the directors of the educational institutions of Canton Caluma in the adoption of quality management standards specifically using English language instructions to support institutional management. The general objective in addressing most common problem is to socialize teaching staff working in the institutions as students and parents who are educational actors, envisioning in what ways the institution, should develop and grow. The study delves into theoretical framework, defining terms, concepts, principles, management processes and quality standards to build a model that is best suited to the research carried out in order to address issues in educational institutions with the active participation of all educational actors. As for the methodology, there is a qualitative analysis of the results obtained, in order to verify the importance of the institutional management and its applicability with indicators of management on the academic aspect of logistics training and infrastructure. In this type of research, it is noted that it is done using the conventions of the field by applying review papers, surveys and observation, using research methods for gathering data, analyzing systematization and interpreting data to conclusions and recommendations. Through this analysis, the hypothesis raised in a qualitative manner is used to orient their actions and enable us to improve organizational goals and provide higher quality services that meet the demands of those involved in educational work. This study is distributed by chapters, which outlines the investigative process as well: Chapter I is the theoretical framework containing epistemological references and concepts for each of the variables raised variables that sustain the scientific methodology and to support the hypothesis. Chapter II includes the methodological framework which guides the research; at the same time raising strategies that are deemed to structure the study. Chapter III consists of the results arising from work and includes tables and figures relating to each item of the surveys applied with their corresponding analysis and interpretation, culminating with conclusions and recommendations. Finally this study will be a contribution to the institution and the community, emphasizing that educational institution must have models, standards, systems and indicators of quality management to comply with the objectives, goals, institutional change strategies, focusing on the new demands of the Ministry of education, which will be the institutional education project, curriculum plans and the manual of living.
