El presente Trabajo de Graduación, previo a la obtención del Título de Magister en Gerencia Educativa, demuestra gran importancia, puesto que trata de EL COMPONENTE AXIOLÓGICO EN EL RENDIMIENTO ACADÉMICO EN LAS UNIDADES EDUCATIVAS PARTICULARES MARÍA AUXILIADORA Y BOLÍVAR DEL CANTÓN CALUMA, PERIODO LECTIVO 2010 – 2011. En el aspecto educativo existe una diversidad de problemas siendo uno de ellos la relación que existe entre los componentes axiológicos de los estudiantes y su rendimiento académico en las escuelas. Para lo cual se plantearon objetivos claros que buscan determinar cómo los componentes axiológicos de los dos centros educativos particulares influyen en el rendimiento académico de sus estudiantes. El marco teórico está estructurado de tal manera que abarque temas de gran interés para el sustento de esta investigación, y permitan relacionar las variables del presente estudio, así como formular las interrogantes para que sean contrastadas por los estudiantes y docentes. Los métodos usados en el Trabajo de Graduación fueron Histórico - Lógico, Dialectico y Empírico: los Tipos de Investigación fueron el Bibliográfico, Investigación Descriptiva, Exploratoria y Causal; así también se utilizaron las técnicas para la recolección de datos: La Observación y La Encuesta. Para el Análisis e Interpretación de Resultados utilizamos el método de Razones y Proporciones, para luego comprobar la hipótesis utilizando una prueba estadística y en base a éstos resultados llegar a conclusiones y recomendaciones.
This graduate work prior to obtaining the title of Master of Educational Management is of great importance because it describes: ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT IN THE AXIOLOGICAL COMPONENT IN SPECIAL EDUCATION UNITS MARIA AUXILIADORA Y BOLIVAR OF THE CANTON CALUMA, SCHOOL PERIOD 2010 - 2011. In terms of education there are a variety of problems one being the relationship between the axiological component of the students and their academic performance in schools. To which raised clear objectives that seek to determine how the two components axiological private schools influence their students' academic performance. The framework is structured so that it covers topics of great interest for the support of this research, and allows relating the variables in this study and formulating the questions to be tested by students and teachers. The methods used in graduate work were historic - Logic, Dialectical and Experiential: Types of research were the Bibliographic Research Descriptive Exploratory and Causal well used techniques for data collection: Observation and Inquiry. For the analysis and interpretation of results using the method of ratio and proportion, to prove the hypothesis using a statistical test and based on these results conclusions and recommendations.
