Zaruma Canton is located in San Antonio Royal Villa of Cerro de Oro of Zaruma in El Oro province. It has beautiful landscapes with hidden treasures that make this place enjoyable but the most important fact is their delectable coffee mugs that make this homey place with ancestral traditions and customs very special. Coffee is one of the most desirable global drinks and Zaruma not just have coffee, has that unique aroma, coffee aroma. This project will determine the feasibility of introducing a new, improved, environmentally and friendly packaging because of its jute structure, cotton cloth and biodegradable sheath. Using these components it will help the preservation of the delicious aroma and taste of coffee Zarumeño; making this product highly strong in the market against their competitors plus filling the costumer´s needs giving them a great satisfaction at the moment of tasting it.
El Cantón Zaruma se encuentra ubicado en la Villa Real de San Antonio del Cerro de Oro de Zaruma en la provincia de El Oro, con hermosos paisajes, sus tesoros escondidos y deleitantes tazas de café a la hora de servir dan a este pequeño Cantón un ambiente hogareño de tradiciones y costumbres ancestrales. Siendo el Café una de las bebidas más apetecidas a nivel mundial, Zaruma posee un aroma inigualable, aroma a Café. El presente proyecto permitirá conocer la factibilidad de introducir un nuevo y mejorado empaque amigable con el ambiente, por su estructura de yute, liencillo y la funda biodegradable; corroborando así el tema principal que es la preservación del delicioso aroma y sabor del café Zarumeño como factor de competitividad y satisfaciendo así la necesidad de cliente / consumidor al momento de degustar este exquisito café.
