Las diferencias en el ámbito financiero, administrativo y legal entre empresas con fines de lucro y fundaciones sin fines de lucro en el área educativa de la ciudad de Quito, Ecuador

Description: The following article deals with the key differences between foundations that don’t have profit and corporations that do, in the field of education in the city of Quito, Ecuador. The thesis analyzed the financial, administrative and legal factors of the institutions, which was important to reach a conclusion that both types of institutions differ from each other. The investigation was directed to different schools in the city, 3 were foundations and 4 were corporations. The purpose of the interviews was to find relevant information to proof the differences found in the theoretical part of the investigation.
El siguiente trabajo busca conocer cuáles son las diferencias claves entre fundaciones sin fines de lucro y empresas con fines de lucro en el ámbito educativo en la ciudad de Quito, Ecuador. La tesis analizó el ámbito financiero, administrativo y legal de las instituciones, lo cual fue importante para poder llegar a una conclusión. La investigación fue dirigida a distintos colegios de la ciudad, 3 denominados como fundaciones y 4 como empresas. El propósito de las entrevistas era conseguir suficiente información para probar las diferencias encontradas en la parte teórica con colegios específicos.
