Description

The investigation and writing of this project was done in group, except for chapter 3 that was individualized by me. The members of the group were: Jorge Hernandez, Lizeth Castellano, Pablo Herrera and Alexis Arevalo. The objective of the following business plan is to build a company that produces snacks. Those “empanadas” will come in three different flavors that will be distributed to a segment of the population with medium-low income. It will also contain the structure of the company as well as the financial viability to conclude if the project is as attractive as profitable. A market research was performed to do the aboye mentioned beginning with a focus group tasting that gaye as a result the acceptance of the product and a mínimum price for its respective introduction.
El proyecto a continuación fue realizado en grupo como parte de una clase, donde los cinco miembros realizamos la investigación y redacción del documento a excepción del capitulo 3 que fue individualizado hecho por mi persona. Los miembros del grupo son: Jorge Hernández, Iizeth Castellano, Pablo Herrera y Alexis Arévalo. El siguiente plan de negocios tiene como objetivo principal armar una empresa de producción de bocadillos. Estas empanadas vendrán en tres variedades de sabores que se las distribuirán a un segmento de la población de ingresos medios- bajos. Se analizara también la estructura de la empresa además de su viabilidad financiera para ver si es un proyecto atractivo así como rentable. Para hacer lo antes mencionado se realizo una investigación de mercado comenzando por una degustación de sabores mediante un focus group, que arrojo como resultado la aceptación del producto, además de un precio base para su respectiva introducción.
