Description

This business plan consists in bringing the franchise of one of top clothing brands worldwide, H&M, to Quito/Ecuador. The main goal is to introduce the brand to the Latin American market and offer fashion and quality to all segments under one single roof. The store will be located in the new shopping mall, Scala Shopping in Cumbayá, where we have projected to open until December this year and we will need an investment of US$ 1’422.218. Below is a thesis divided into four different modules that show the management and operation of this project. The first module is the business philosophy that we abide by; the second module analyzes the market strategies to be implemented; the third module shows how these strategies are implemented; and finally, in the fourth module, we present the cost benefit analysis of our project.
Este plan de negocios consiste en traer la franquicia de una de las marcas más reconocidas de ropa a nivel mundial, H&M, a Quito/Ecuador. El objetivo principal es introducir la marca al mercado latinoamericano y ofrecer moda y calidad para todos los segmentos bajo un mismo techo. La ubicación del local será en el nuevo centro comercial Scala Shopping de Cumbayá, en donde tenemos una proyección de apertura hasta Diciembre del presente año y se necesitará una inversión de US$ 1'422.218. A continuación presentaremos una tesis estructurada en cuatro diferentes módulos, en donde se podrá apreciar el manejo y funcionamiento de dicho proyecto. El primer módulo abarca la filosofía empresarial a la cual nos regimos; el segundo módulo analiza las estrategias de mercado que se implementarán; en el tercer módulo se aplican dichas estrategias; y por último, en el cuarto módulo, tenemos los análisis de rentabilidad de nuestro proyecto.
