Be free ... Ser Libre, the new approach is meant to give the incoming tourism in Ecuador focusing on the interaction of a nontraditional places and the practice of adventure and extreme activities. The project is the aim of satisfying various needs within the country, such as offering new tourist destinations, Ecuador is much more than just Galapagos and the historic centers of large cities, the idea is to give foreign tourists the option to interact with nature leaving behind the traditional tourist observer scheme to become an active participant of the experiences in these places rarely visited, on the other hand seeks ways to align the government project of changing the productive matrix creating additional sources of income for the locals that do not normally generate by simply being placed in a particular location. The ability and experience of the hired guides to accompany tourists, coupled with the life experience of the people who live there and share some of their daily lives will they expect the plus contracting of the tourist package. You must define that being unconventional tourism and the offer of making unconventional activities, the segment targeted by this project is for foreign seniors of between about 20 and 30 years, as one might speculate that It is the part of a person's life where you want priority to experience this kind of adventure, so a niche strategy will be established to address this market segment. Based on this strategy has been developed financial analysis to five years to define sustained profitability in the securities of a conservative profile will be established in order not to speculate on unrealistic results, which can be seen better explained in the relevant chapter.
Be Free… Ser libre, es el nuevo enfoque que se pretende dar al turismo receptivo en el Ecuador enfocándose en la interacción de visitar lugares poco tradicionales con la práctica de deportes de aventura y extremos. El proyecto nace del objetivo de satisfacer varias necesidades dentro del país, como ofrecer nuevos destinos turísticos, Ecuador es mucho más que solo Galápagos y los centros históricos de las grandes urbes, la idea es dar la opción al turista extranjero de interactuar con la naturaleza dejando atrás el tradicional esquema de turista observador para convertirse en partícipe activo de las experiencias en estos poco visitados parajes, por otro lado busca la forma alinearse al proyecto gubernamental del cambio de la matriz productiva creando fuentes de ingresos adicionales para los lugareños que normalmente no los generarían por simplemente estar ubicados en un determinado lugar. La capacidad y experiencia de los guías contratados para acompañar a los turistas, sumada a la experiencia de vida de parte de las personas que habitan el lugar y compartir un poco de su diario vivir dará el plus que esperan recibir los contratantes del paquete turístico. Se debe definir que al tratarse de un turismo no convencional y el ofrecimiento de realización de actividades no convencionales, el segmento al que va dirigido este proyecto es para personas extranjeras mayores de edad de entre 20 y 30 años aproximadamente, ya que se podría especular que es la parte de la vida de una persona donde desea experimentar prioritariamente este tipo de aventuras, por lo que se establecerá una estrategia de nicho para poder atender este segmento de mercado. En función de esta estrategia se ha desarrollado el análisis financiero a 5 años para definir una rentabilidad sostenida, en cuyos valores se establecerá un perfil conservador con el fin de no especular en resultados poco reales, los cuales se podrán ver mejor explicados en el capítulo correspondiente.
