Description

The following labor consists of a business plan for a Convention Center in Tababela, where now stands the New Mariscal Sucre Airport in Quito. Seeing the need for a place in this sector, where executives have the necessary facilities for, meetings, exhibitions and more we did the project "Terrabella: Convention Center" It has all the facilities that a cutting edge convention center should have. Plasmas, projectors, unified sound, catering, industrial kitchens, just to name a few. The purpose of this business plan is to show an interested investor, its profitability through feasibility study based on the market performance of convention centers, meeting rooms and banquet facilities that exist in the city. Beeing the only one of its kind in the city of Quito, we proof that it has higher revenue in a short period of time according to the investment that it is needed to start.
El siguiente trabajo consta de un plan de negocios para un Centro de Convenciones en el sector de Tababela, donde se ubica actualmente el Nuevo Aeropuerto de Quito Mariscal Sucre. Viendo la necesidad de un lugar en este sector, donde los ejecutivos cuenten con las facilidades necesarias para realizar ferias, reuniones, exposiciones y demás se realizó el proyecto “Terrabella: Centro de Convenciones” Cuenta con todas las instalaciones que un Centro de Convenciones de vanguardia debería tener. Plasmas, retroproyectores, sonido unificado, servicio de catering, cocinas industriales, solo por mencionar algunas. El objetivo de este plan de negocios es demostrar a un inversionista interesado, la rentabilidad del mismo por medio del estudio de factibilidad realizado en base al funcionamiento del mercado de Centros de Convenciones, salones para eventos y recepciones que existen en la ciudad.
