Due to the intense traffic conditions that Quito suffers every single day and using the tendency of well being and health that is happening worldwide the project focuses on the implementation of an integrated bicycle stations system that will be constructed in the most concurred areas of the city. The project explains how the company will present the bicycle program to society making them learn the benefits of the service. Also, the next paragraphs will explain how the company will be run administrative, operationally, and how the stations will be distributed along the different areas of Quito. Finally, after an intense research, the cash flows are shown and explained. Investors can clearly see how profitable the business will be and by looking at the projected growth it certainly makes UIOBICI a great investment opportunity.
Debido al intenso tráfico vehicular que experimenta la ciudad de Quito y utilizando el momentum creado por la tendencia de salud y bienestar en la sociedad quiteña se ha desarrollado un plan para la implementación de un sistema integrado de estaciones de bicicleta que estarán distribuidos por los sectores más concurridos de la ciudad. Las bicicletas podrán alquilarse de cualquier estación de servicio y podrán ser manejadas y parqueadas en cualquier estación. En el proyecto se incluye la forma de acercamiento que la empresa tendrá hacía la ciudadanía para tener un éxito seguro. También, se explica la forma en cómo va a funcionar la empresa administrativa y operativamente. Por último se presentan los recursos que se necesitarán y los flujos esperados que resultaron de un profundo estudio de mercado. Dichos flujos reflejan una gran acogida del negocio y con proyección a crecimiento.
