Our way of life and growth of the city can not remember the potential that exists in each place or Quito sector. Under the analysis of the place of intervention, the site presents itself as the involvement of a forgotten town on edge. The topographic survey and the formal take into account the importance of character and essence of the site. It resolved proposing an urban revitalization project to establish urban connections in the field of Floresta and Guápulo with the city. This is one of the sectors that potential visual, artistic and natural vocation which has the Quito. Currently, La Floresta and its slope is shown as a duality, population growth remains immersed denying the mountain and its potential. Due to a series of buildings in good and bad condition, eliminating the visual opening to the west of the city Based on the study and analysis of the site, the group proposal seeks to revive the area and make it a landmark for the city. Under the conditions of housing and other buildings relocation raised in housing projects, activation of trade, culture and dynamism. To link the vocation, the landscape, topography, innovation and identity is so the idea is focused on developing a network of projects that contribute to the needs and potential of the sector. The site survey focuses on intervention in the slope considering the boundary condition and urban connection as initial proposal. Creating spaces becomes a space to imagine beyond what the city allows. A link to the community and the city one ratio determined by different qualities in each place. A green space that not only connects to the city otherwise with children and youth. The overall development of the same is immersed in its route.
Nuestra forma de vida y el crecimiento de la ciudad han permitido que no recordemos el potencial que existe en cada lugar o sector de Quito. En el lugar de intervención muestra tras el análisis la afectación de un borde olvidado en la ciudad. El estudio topográfico y el formal tienen en cuenta la importancia del carácter y la esencia del sitio. Se resuelve proponiendo un proyecto de reactivación urbana que establezcan conexiones urbanas en el sector de la Floresta y Guápulo con la ciudad. Este es uno de los sectores que más potencial visual y vocación artística y natural que tiene la Quito. Actualmente, La Floresta y su pendiente se muestran como una dualidad, el crecimiento poblacional se queda inmerso negando la montaña y su potencial. Debido a una serie de edificaciones en buen y mal estado, que eliminan la apertura visual hacia el Oeste de la ciudad. En base al estudio y el análisis del sitio, la propuesta grupal busca reactivar la zona y convertirla en un hito para la ciudad. Bajo las condiciones de vivienda y demás edificaciones se plantea la reubicación en proyectos de vivienda, de activación de comercio, cultura y dinamismo. Para vincular la vocación, el paisaje, su topografía, la innovación y su identidad es así que la idea se enfoca a desarrollar una red de proyectos que aporten a las necesidades y al potencial del sector. El estudio del sitio se enfoca en la intervención en la pendiente tomando en cuenta la condición de borde y la conexión urbana como propuesta inicial. La creación de espacios se vuelve un espacio de imaginar más allá de lo que la ciudad nos permite. Un vínculo para la comunidad y la ciudad una, relación determinada por diferentes cualidades en cada lugar. Un espacio verde que no solo se conecta con la ciudad si no con los niños y jóvenes. El desarrollo global de los mismos que va inmerso en su recorrido.
