La recaudación de impuestos y su relación con la inversión en obras públicas en los gobiernos autónomos descentralizados municipales de la provincia de Tungurahua

The present investigation develops the relation that exists between the collection of taxes with the investment in public works in the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Governments of the province of Tungurahua of the year 2018. Instruments such as tables were used, in order to determine which is the canton with the highest collection and also which is the canton that invests more for the benefit of the inhabitants. The collection of taxes based on investment in public works represents well-being for the inhabitants of each canton, the more contributions for the citizenship they have, the more they can invest in public works for the welfare of the citizens, the values contributed by each inhabitant, with the values paid by the municipality with each inhabitant, the results that were obtained helped to relate which canton invests more in public works and the canton that collects more taxes.
La presente investigación desarrolla la relación que existe entre la recaudación de impuestos con la inversión en obras públicas en los Gobiernos Autónomos Descentralizados Municipales de la provincia de Tungurahua del año 2018. Se utilizó instrumentos como tablas, para así determinar cuál es el cantón con más recaudación y también cuál es el cantón que invierte más en beneficio de los habitantes. La recaudación de impuestos en base a la inversión en obras públicas representa el bienestar para los habitantes de cada cantón, mientras más contribuciones por la ciudadanía tenga, más pueden invertir en obras públicas por el bienestar de la ciudadanía, se relacionó los valores que contribuye cada habitante, con los valores que retribuye el municipio con cada habitante, los resultados que se obtuvo ayudaron a relacionar que cantón invierte más en obras públicas y el cantón que recauda más impuestos.
