La Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas desde hace 46 años ha estado formando líderes con visión de futuro, empresarios de reconocimiento. Cuya formación ha sido de la mejor calidad con el fin de que los estudiantes salgan a liderar empresas, siendo excelentes Administradores. La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de solucionar el problema de satisfacción estudiantil en la Facultad pues los estudiantes requieren de información verídica, además de establecer y proponer alternativas que mejoren la calidad de información que se recibe actualmente. Los datos obtenidos en la investigación de campo aplicada a los estudiantes de la facultad ha sido de gran importancia en esta investigación, pues se pudo evidenciar opiniones de los mismos para obtener información verídica y llegar a las conclusiones. Así, la propuesta resultante de la investigación impulso a proponer la creación de un adecuado Sistema de Información, cuyos contenidos sean actualizados y sean de gran ayuda para los estudiantes de la Facultad.
The Faculty of Administrative Sciences for 46 years has been forming leaders with vision of future, businessmen of recognition. Whose formation has been of the best quality in order which the students go out to lead companies, being excellent Administrators. The present investigation was realized by the aim to solve the problem of student satisfaction in the Faculty .Since, the students need of true information, besides establishing and to propose alternatives that improve the quality of information that is received nowadays. The information obtained in the field investigation applied to the students of the faculty it has performed great importance in this investigation, since it was possible to demonstrate opinions of the same ones to obtain true information and come to the conclusions. Finally, the resultant of the investigation finds to propose the creation of a suitable Information system, which contents are updated and are of great help for the students of the Faculty.
