El presente trabajo de investigación se fundamentó en estudiar el funcionamiento familiar y la agresividad infantil en los estudiantes de etapa escolar de cuarto año de educación básica de la “Unidad Educativa Aníbal Salgado Ruiz” del Cantón Tisaleo, con una población de 60 estudiantes, a quienes se los evaluó mediante dos reactivos psicológicos. El cuestionario APGAR familiar para niños que mide el grado de funcionalidad familiar y la escala de agresividad de Cuello y Oros que mide el grado de agresividad. Los resultados muestran que no existe asociación entre funcionamiento familiar y agresividad infantil, sin embargo el funcionamiento familiar presenta un 33% en disfunción moderada, y la agresividad presenta una puntación mayor en agresividad media con un 85%, lo cual quiere decir que las dos variables no se vinculan ya que existen diferentes factores internos o externos ya sean individuales o familiares que influyen la conducta del ser humano
The present research work was based on study of family functioning and child aggression in the students of fourth year of basic education of the parallel A and B of the "Educative Unit Aníbal Salgado Ruiz" of Tisaleo, of those who took a population of 60 students, who were assessed by two psychological reagents. The familiar questionnaire APGAR for children that measures the degree of family functionality and the scale of aggressive Cuello and Oros which measure the degree of aggression. The results show that there is no association between family functioning and aggression, concluding that the family operation presents a 33% in moderate dysfunction, and aggression has a higher stitch in Medium aggressiveness with 85%, which means that the two variables are not linked since there are different internal or external factors, whether individual or family, that influence the behavior of the human being
