La presente investigaci?n surge a partir de lo observado en las pr?cticas laborales, en donde las actividades escolarizadas y tradicionalistas priman ante la metodolog?a juego - trabajo propuesto por el Curr?culo, es as?, que surge la presente investigaci?n con el objetivo de proponer planificaciones de experiencias de aprendizaje para potenciar el desarrollo de destrezas de los ?mbitos L?gico Matem?ticas , Expresi?n Art?stica, Relaci?n con el Medio Natural y Convivencia con infantes de 4 a 5 a?os del subnivel Inicial II-A matutino de la Unidad Educativa ?San Francisco de Peleus?? a trav?s de la metodolog?a juego trabajo y concepciones de la zona del desarrollo pr?ximo de Vygotsky. El proceso investigativo se ejecut? mediante un enfoque mixto, responde a un paradigma socio- cr?tico; con un m?todo de investigaci?n acci?n propuesto por Antonio Latorre y siguiendo las 4 fases: planificar, actuar, observar y reflexionar. Las t?cnicas utilizadas fueron: la observaci?n participante, revisi?n bibliogr?fica, entrevistas y encuestas. Entre los resultados se destaca que los infantes a trav?s del juego lograron desarrollar el 100% las destrezas planificadas y ubicarse en la zona de desarrollo pr?ximo.
This research arises from what is observed in work practices, where school and traditional activities take precedence over the game-work methodology proposed by the Curriculum. This is how the present investigation arises with the objective of proposing planning of learning experiences to enhance the development of skills in the logical-mathematical artistic expression, relationship with the natural environment and coexistence with infants from 4 to 5 years of the morning Initial II-A sublevel of the Educational Unit "San Francisco de Peleus?" through the methodology game work and conceptions of the zone of the next development of Vygotsky. The investigative process will be carried out through a mixed approach, responding to a socio-critical paradigm; with an action research method proposed by Antonio Latorre and following the 4 phases: plan, act, observe and reflect. The techniques used were: participant observation, literature review, interviews and surveys. Among the results, it is highlighted that the infants through the game managed to develop 100% of the planned skills and to be located in the zone of proximal development.
