La inteligencia emocional en la primera infancia considera y beneficia el desarrollo integral del ni?o y ni?a, dot?ndolo de habilidades para reconocer y utilizar sus emociones de forma asertiva manifest?ndose adecuadamente con los dem?s. El desarrollo de esta inteligencia se ha convertido en una necesidad, la cual influye de manera significativa y congruente en la vida futura del infante al potenciar o no. Por este motivo, en la presente investigaci?n se propone una cartilla educativa, la cual pretende aportar en el fortalecimiento de una inteligencia emocional, la misma est? dirigida a infantes de 4 a 5 a?os, producto que surge de un estudio de campo realizado en las diversas instituciones educativas en las cuales se han desarrollado en la praxis pre profesional. Con relaci?n a la metodolog?a se destaca el enfoque mixto, resaltando la parte cualitativa, se recalca que el mismo es reconocido durante todas las fases del proceso investigativo, adem?s se gu?a a trav?s de una investigaci?n acci?n. Respecto a la parte te?rica, se presentan algunos conceptos, que hacen relaci?n a la inteligencia emocional, su desarrollo en la primera infancia, entre otros. Entre los resultados que se han alcanzado se caracteriza el reconocimiento y el manejo adecuado de las emociones, tanto por la docente, los ni?os/as y los padres de familia. Para finalizar, las conclusiones y recomendaciones surgen de todo el proceso realizado, en las mismas se busc? resaltar la importancia del trabajo de la inteligencia emocional y su fortalecimiento desde las edades tempranas.
Emotional intelligence in early childhood considers and benefits the comprehensive development of the boy and girl, giving them the skills to recognize and use their emotions assertively, expressing themselves appropriately with others. The development of this intelligence has become a necessity, which has a significant and consistent influence on the future life of the infant by empowering or not. For this reason, in the present investigation an educational booklet is proposed, which aims to contribute to the strengthening of emotional intelligence, it is aimed at infants from 4 to 5 years old, a product that arises from a field study carried out in the various educational institutions in which they have developed in preprofessional praxis. In relation to the methodology, the mixed approach stands out, highlighting the qualitative part, it is emphasized that it is recognized during all phases of the investigative process, and is also guided through action research. Regarding the theoretical part, some concepts are presented, which are related to emotional intelligence, its development in early childhood, among others. Among the results that have been achieved is the recognition and proper management of emotions, both by the teacher, the children and the parents. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations arise from the entire process carried out, in which it was sought to highlight the importance of the work of emotional intelligence and its strengthening from an early age.
