El presente proyecto trata sobre un Programa de Mejora de Inclusi?n Colaborativa dentro del aula con los estudiantes de primero BGU de la Unidad Educativa Seis de Octubre de Ventanas, donde el objetivo principal es que los estudiantes trabajen en un ambiente agradable sin conflictos a trav?s de talleres en equipo, y de esta manera se erradicara los peque?os grupos y el individualismo, partiendo desde el an?lisis de una educaci?n inclusiva sin discriminaci?n de cualquier tipo, En este programa se ha desarrollado una unidad did?ctica con diferentes actividades, en la que el docente podr? conocer las falencias dentro y fuera del aula, dichas actividades se realizan con trabajos colaborativos en equipos aleatorios aplicando la din?mica el sem?foro, al final se logr? aprendizajes significativos en los estudiantes y adem?s identificar?n sus fortalezas y debilidades a vivir con tolerancia, respeto consigo mismo y los dem?s en un ambiente de paz y armon?a.
This project is about a Collaborative Inclusion Improvement Program within the classroom with the students of the first BGU of the Educational Unit Six of October of Windows, where the main objective is that students work in a pleasant environment without conflicts through workshops as a team, and in this way small groups and individualism will be eradicated, starting from the analysis of an inclusive education without discrimination of any kind, In this program, a didactic unit with different activities has been developed, in which the teacher will be able to know the shortcomings inside and outside the classroom, these activities are carried out with collaborative works in random teams applying the dynamics of the traffic light, in the end significant learning was achieved in the students and also identify their strengths and weaknesses to live with tolerance, respect for themselves and others in an atmosphere of peace and harmony.
