El presente proyecto de innovaci?n se plante? a partir de la experiencia en pr?cticas preprofesionales acontecidas durante el transcurso de la Carrera de Educaci?n B?sica en la Universidad Nacional de Educaci?n. Se consider? la atenci?n al 7. ? grado de Educaci?n General B?sica "A" de la Unidad Educativa Zoila Aurora Palacios, espec?ficamente a un total de 24 estudiantes que presentaron dificultades con respecto al desarrollo de su comprensi?n lectora. Como objetivo general, se plante? que los estudiantes mejoren sus destrezas relacionadas con la comprensi?n lectora mediante el dise?o, la aplicaci?n y la evaluaci?n del Plan de Refuerzo Acad?mico. Dicho plan se sustent? en los beneficios que brindan las Comunidades de Aprendizaje en Red y las estrategias para la comprensi?n lectora en los tres niveles: literal, inferencial y cr?tico valorativo. Para comprobar su efectividad se us? como modelo la Ingenier?a Did?ctica, cuyas fases contemplan: an?lisis preliminares, concepci?n y an?lisis a priori, experimentaci?n y evaluaci?n y an?lisis a posteriori. Los resultados obtenidos, de manera general, fueron positivos, debido a que los estudiantes implicados lograron un avance significativo en sus destrezas. En definitiva, la investigaci?n permiti? reconocer la importancia y la pertinencia de llevar a cabo una gesti?n docente organizada y acorde a las dificultades de los educandos en pos de superarlas. El estudio tambi?n consinti? valorar la participaci?n trascendente de los padres de familia y/o representantes legales en la formaci?n integral de los educandos.
The present innovation project was proposed on the basis of the experience of preprofessional practices during the course of the Basic Education Career at the National University of Education. It was considered the attention to 7. ? grade of General Basic Education "A" of the Educational Unit Zoila Aurora Palacios, specifically to a total of 24 students who presented difficulties with respect to the development of their reading comprehension. As a general objective, it was proposed that students improve their reading comprehension skills through the design, implementation and evaluation of the Remedial Teaching. This plan was based on the benefits offered by the Network Learning Communities and strategies for reading comprehension at the three levels: literal, inferential and critical valuation. In order to test the effectiveness it was used as a model the Didactic Engineering, whose phases include: preliminary analysis, conception and a priori analysis, experimentation and evaluation and ex post analysis. The results obtained, in generally were positive, because the students involved achieved a significant advance in their skills. Ultimately, the research made it possible to recognize the importance and relevance of carrying out an organized teaching management accordingly with the difficulties of the learners in order to overcome them. The study also consented to evaluate the significant participation of parents and/or legal representatives in the integral training of the students.
