El objetivo del presente proyecto es una red de distribución, para dotar de agua potable a la Comunidad de San José, mediante un convenio de investigación con la Electro Generadora del Austro S.A., que en adelante se llamará ELECAUSTRO. La mencionada Empresa tiene área de influencia en estas localidades debido a la Central Hidroeléctrica Ocaña I y la posible construcción de una central denominada Ocaña II. En el primer capítulo se establecen los criterios ambientales y socioeconómicos de la población de San José, mediante investigaciones de campo los cuales indicaron los aspectos físicos, naturales y ambientales en la implantación del proyecto. Durante la investigación del capítulo dos, se realizarán varias encuestas con el fin de obtener los datos para realizar los diseños necesarios para la red de distribución de agua potable; en base a esa información se realizan proyecciones estadísticas para conocer las diferentes variables que se considerarán durante la fase de cálculos. Como parte del tercer capítulo se realizan los cálculos hidráulicos de la red de distribución desde el cruce de la carretera a San José hasta la comunidad del mismo nombre, así como las especificaciones de las conexiones domiciliarias de acuerdo a la información levantada en campo. En el capítulo cuatro se analiza el sistema de saneamiento, el cual mediante las investigaciones de campo se evalúa con el fin de conocer el estado de funcionamiento; a raíz de los resultados del funcionamiento se establece la solución de acuerdo a la economía de la comunidad. En el capítulo quinto se procede cuantificar los impactos ambientales positivos y negativos que puede afectar durante la fase de construcción de los sistemas de distribución de agua potable y de saneamiento que fueron planteados. Con esta información se plantea la ficha ambiental instrumento necesario para que el Ministerio del Ambiente apruebe el proyecto para su construcción. Como parte final del proyecto se plantean las conclusiones y recomendaciones del proyecto integral, tomando en cuenta los aspectos técnicos desarrollados en la presente investigación; de esta manera la Comunidad de San José podrá contratar la construcción de estos sistemas con el fin de mejorar la calidad de vida de sus habitantes.
The objective of this project is a distribution network to provide potable water to the Community of San Jose, through a research agreement with Electro Generadora the Austro S.A., hereinafter called Elecaustro. The aforementioned company has influence in the area of these locations because the Hydroelectric Ocaña I and the possible construction of a plant called Ocaña ll. In the first chapter, environmental and socioeconomic criteria of the population of San Jose are established through field research, which indicated the physical, natural and environmental aspects for the implementation of the project. During the investigation of chapter two, several surveys are carried out in order to obtain the necessary data to perform designs for the distribution of drinking water, based on statistical projections information for knowing the different variables to be considered during the estimates. As a part of the third chapter hydraulic calculations of the distribution network from the junction of the road to San Jose to the community of the same name, as well as the specifications of household connections according to the information gathered in the field are held. In chapter four, the sanitation system, which through the field research is evaluated in order to check the status of operation, is analyzed; following performance outcomes according to the economy of the community is set. In the fifth chapter, proceeds to quantify the positive and negative environmental impacts that may affect during the construction phase of the distribution system of drinking water and sanitation were raised. With this information, the environmental tab instrument necessary for the Ministry of Environment to approve the project is proposed for its construction. As a final part of the draft the conclusion and recommendations of the integral project are raised, taking consideration the technical aspects developed in this investigation; thus the Community of San Jose may contract the construction of these systems in order to improve the quality of life of its inhabitants.
