En esta tesis se habla de la gastronomía de Tailandia, reflejándola a través de sus factores geográficos e históricos. La forma en que esta cocina se hizo conocida a través del mundo y las razones. Cuales fueron los ingredientes propios de Tailandia y los que fueron introducidos desde otros continentes y otras culturas que actualmente son ingredientes y sabores fundamentales como el caso del ají, que llego a Tailandia a través de los portugueses, los cuales lo comercializaron por todo el mundo a través de América. Finalmente se detallará un ejemplo de la gastronomía tailandesa a través de todos los datos del menú tailandés que fue vendido en ´´ Marcus ´´por una semana, con detalladas recetas y procesos.
