El presente trabajo se realiza con la finalidad de exponer tanto las tradiciones como los alimentos habituales presentes durante la realización de la fiesta del Inti Raymi en la provincia de Imbabura, con el objetivo de poder vincular estos dos aspectos en base a la información bibliográfica existente además de complementarla con entrevistas, fotografías y videos tanto de participantes como de integrantes importantes en esta festividad, para así poder lograr exponer un conocimiento más completo e integral de lo que abarca esta fiesta desde la perspectiva culinaria en conjunto con la cosmovisión indígena...
