The following document is the complete study of the Business Plan of the Project “Jardín Americano”. This proposal deals with the analysis of the characteristics that enhance the benefits according to the profitability of this project. Moreover, it is extremely important to produce goods which could satisfy the client considering high standards of quality. In order to reach this goal, this paper analyzes widely the internal and external factors of this project. This study contemplates: a global analysis from the macroeconomic and market study and; a complete analysis of the architectural, technical part. The analysis of the commercial and sales factors was very important. In addition to this, the financial, legal aspects and the project management analysis where considered too. All these factors complete the main purpose which is obtaining a successful project. This analysis detected the strengths and weaknesses of this project by understanding the requirements of the investors and the client. With this information it was easily to identify the viability of the project.
Dentro del siguiente documento se encuentra el estudio completo del Plan de negocios del Proyecto “Jardín Americano”, teniendo como punto de partida el análisis de todos las características que realcen el beneficio en cuanto a la rentabilidad del mismo. Es de suma importancia el generar bienes que satisfagan por completo al cliente, sin dejar de lado todo lo referente con altos estándares de calidad. Para esto se generó un análisis exhaustivo tanto de los factores internos como externos al proyecto. La visualización global del proyecto partió del un análisis macroeconómico, un estudio de mercado, el análisis completo de la parte arquitectónica, técnica. Fue muy importante el analizar la parte comercial y de ventas, al igual que los aspectos financieros, legales y la gerencia del proyecto. Todo esto se generó con el fin de lograr un proyecto exitoso. Todo este análisis fue de mucha ayuda para conocer al proyecto tanto en sus fortalezas como en sus debilidades, y de esta manera saber en concreto la viabilidad del proyecto, y entender el como cumplir con los requerimientos de los inversionistas y del cliente.
