Description: Este texto resalta la manifestaci?n de los j?venes a trav?s de movimientos estudiantiles con el paso del tiempo, desde la d?cada de los 60 con la influencia de los movimientos sociales a nivel mundial, hasta las manifestaciones estudiantiles recientes. A su vez, refleja a nivel legislativo los derechos y deberes de los j?venes para que puedan participar pol?ticamente, as? como sus ?ltimas manifestaciones a trav?s de las redes sociales. La reflexi?n final permite entender que en Colombia los movimientos se manifiestan constantemente en los territorios, dejando de lado la universidad como ?nica instituci?n de construcci?n de participaci?n juvenil.
This text shows the manifestation of young people through student movements over time, from the 1960s with the influence of global social movements, to recent student demonstrations. In turn, it reflects at the legislative level the rights and duties of young people so that they can participate politically, as well as their latest demonstrations through social networks. The final reflection allows us to understand that in Colombia the movements are constantly manifested in the territories, leaving aside the university as the only institution of construction of youth participation.
