Description: The objective of this business plan is to determine the feasibility for the development, execution and commercialization of the Iñaquito real estate project through the study and analysis of the components of the macroeconomic environment, the location, market study, architecture, costs and revenues, that allow establish the commercial strategy and perform the financial evaluation to finally establish the legal and project management aspects.
El presente plan de negocios tiene como objetivo determinar la viabilidad para el desarrollo, ejecución y comercialización del proyecto inmobiliario Iñaquito a través del estudio y análisis de los componentes del entorno macroeconómico, la localización, estudio de mercado, arquitectura, costos e ingresos, que permitan establecer la estrategia comercial y realizar la evaluación financiera para finalmente establecer los aspectos legales y de gerencia de proyecto.
